Hi, I’m Brandon Holtam, a proud Quad Cities native and dedicated Realtor®. Growing up here, I graduated from Rock Island High School a year early before joining the United States Air Force, where I served as a 1A0XI, In-Flight Refueling Specialist. After medically retiring at 19, I returned home and worked in the service industry, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with people through face-to-face communication.
In October 2023, I began my real estate career and quickly found my passion in helping families find the perfect place to call home. Having purchased my own first home at 22, I know the excitement, and challenges, that come with the process.
As a Veteran myself, I have a heart for helping fellow service members and their families achieve homeownership. With extensive knowledge of VA home loans, I take pride in guiding Veterans through every step of the process to ensure they get the benefits they’ve earned.
Outside of real estate, you can usually find me at the gym, playing basketball or pickleball, or working on projects around my house. My goal is to bring the same discipline, teamwork, and dedication I learned in the Air Force to every client I serve, making the process of buying or selling a home as smooth and rewarding as possible.
